ANS provides products and services for equipping, connecting, and managing data centers, server rooms, and computer networks. To continue to preserve our strategy and support our growth, we are seeking a Business Development Manager.

The tasks of a Business Development Manager

A Business Development Manager is responsible for an entire region, for instance, in your case, it will be Flanders. Your objective is to increase the business volume for your region to unprecedented highs. This will be achieved by closely prospecting and seizing opportunities. Additionally, you will also build relationships with existing clients and ensure that they are 100% satisfied. Your customer base is diverse, comprising mainly of decision-makers in the corporate world but you will also have regular contact with IT professionals and technicians. If required, you will coordinate the activities of third-party contractors. As soon as you have a new lead, you will set up meetings, analyze the potential customer’s needs, make a tailored quote and ensure a successful conversion to a customer. You can consult with your colleagues in the technical department or your direct supervisor, the CEO of ANS, at any stage of the process.

Who are you?

You are results-oriented and focus on your goal. Your commercial flair enables you to perfectly convey the value of ANS to customers and prospects. You do not shy away from challenges and are passionate about data centres and computer networks.  

You ideally have a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in selling network, telecom or ICT products or services. Thanks to your experience, you have already gained a lot of technical knowledge. As technology in the IT sector never stands still for a second, you always keep your finger on the pulse of new trends and are willing to undergo regular training.
